Drive Shaft

Driveshafts transmit engine torque from the transmission or transfer case to the front and rear axles. Factory steel shafts use U-joints or CV joints to accommodate suspension travel; these wear and require periodic replacement. Performance aftermarket shafts are available in chromoly steel (high strength for high torque) or aluminum (reduced rotational mass for improved driveline response). Custom-length shafts are required on lifted vehicles where the factory shaft operates outside optimal U-joint angles. GBP Performance ships free across Canada.
