Delivery and status
We reserve the right to choose the carrier which will be the fastest depending on the option chosen if the latter allows the delivery of your order within the same time or more quickly. In all cases, the carrier will be determined by the trader.

Each order is shipped in 1 shipment. In the event that one or more products should be ordered, your order will be shipped to you when all products are in stock.

We are committed to delivering your purchases to you within a reasonable period of time subject to the availability of the various suppliers and carriers used by the sender, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
The risk of loss and the right of ownership of the goods or services purchased pass to you at the time when they are handed over to the carrier.
Free standard delivery.
It may happen that carriers/distributors charge us extra for the delivery of your item. Example: Oversize box, weight, excess for mileage, location or delivery to be made, etc. In this specific case, you will be asked/required the difference before delivery.
In this case, the risk of loss and the right of ownership of the purchased good passes to you when you take possession of it at the store.
Several statuses can be displayed on our products. Here's what they mean:

- Special order: This part is not in stock and/or not available from the manufacturer and/or our various distributors. If you order an item marked special order, an e-mail will be sent to you proposing an alternative (if available). Provided that the manufacturer accepts the special order, it usually takes several weeks (between 3 and 8 weeks) before the product can be delivered. Special order fees may apply (a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you).
Any order for an item marked "Special Order" cannot be modified/cancelled, even before receipt.
Exchange, return, exchange or refund cancellation policy
Cancellation: You must inform us of the problem that prompts you to cancel the order with our customer service and obtain prior consent to the cancellation of the order. Transaction fees (10%) are applicable.
In the event that your order has been processed (Our system processes orders automatically 30 minutes after receipt of the order), you will be charged a return charge of up to 50% for the cancellation of your order.
GBP Performance offers you a return, exchange and refund policy 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and not have been installed / used. We do not cover the return fees if shipped back. You can return your purchase in person at our store during our normal business hours.
Sending a new item (in the case of an exchange) is subject to delivery charges to the customer. In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of a returned property is transferred to him only when it’s been received by him in his physical place of business.
A restocking fee applies for all returned products. A fee of 20% to 40% applies for any products that can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All returned products must be in their original packaging and have not been installed / used. Some products can’t be returned due to the specific nature of the product. Here are some examples of products that can NOT be returned. Turbo and turbo set, electronic component, injections, oil, liquid, engine and body components, rims, etc. (Please contact us for details) All liquid products and all special-order products are NON-returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
In the event of a return of an item purchased with the 'free delivery' option, you will be charged the initial shipping costs incurred by GBP Performance in addition to the return costs mentioned above.
In the case of a delivery error on our part, no fee will be charged for the exchange of the product.
In the case of a damaged product and/or if there are missing parts, this must be reported to us via [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
GBP Performance is not responsible for any installation fees and / or damages that may be caused by the installation / use of a product.

IN THE MAJORITY OF CASES, MANUFACTURERS OBLIGE THE CONSUMER TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THEM IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE TIME REQUIRED TO REPAIR AND/OR EXCHANGE YOUR PARTS, AND TO AVOID SHIPPING COSTS WITH THE RETAILER.
