
Shipping & Delivery
At GBP Performance, we ship anywhere in Canada. We do our best to process and ship quickly while keeping everything clear, simple, and consistent with our policies.
Processing & delivery timelines
Processing / preparation: Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours.
Delivery: Delivery times then vary depending on the destination (on average an additional 1 to 7 business days), unless otherwise stated on the product page.
While we do everything we can to ensure fast delivery, these timelines are estimates and factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, peak periods, etc.) may cause delays. GBP Performance is not responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or unforeseen external circumstances.
Carriers
We use recognized carriers depending on the package type and destination, including: Purolator, Canpar, Loomis, UPS, GLS, Canada Post, etc.
The carrier is selected by GBP Performance to provide the best service available for your order.
Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free when it is indicated on the product page and/or at checkout.
Possible additional shipping fees (remote areas / OVERSIZE / special products)
Even when free shipping is indicated, carriers may apply surcharges depending on the destination or the nature of the package, including (without limitation):
- Remote areas / zone surcharge;
- OVERSIZE parcels (out-of-gauge dimensions), very long or bulky items;
- Heavy weight / special handling;
- Liquid products (e.g., oils and fluids) or items with special transport restrictions;
- Any other surcharge imposed by the carrier (limited access, special delivery zone, etc.).
If additional fees apply, we will contact you by email before shipping to advise the amount due (the shipping difference). The order will not be shipped until these additional fees are paid.
Single shipment policy
As a general rule, each order is shipped in a single shipment.
If one or more products must be sourced, your order will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise communicated by our team.
Product status on the Site
You may see different statuses on our products. Here’s what they mean:
- In Stock: The part is in stock in one of our warehouses.
- In Stock, Built on Demand: The part is in stock at the manufacturer and must be assembled/manufactured specifically for your vehicle.
- Special Order: The item is not in stock and must be specially ordered. Delivery times can be longer (often several weeks, for example 3 to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer). If an alternative is available, we may offer it.
Note: Special orders may require a specific payment method (e.g., Interac e-Transfer) and are subject to specific conditions (see our Terms & Conditions).
Order tracking
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your customer account.
When tracking becomes available, it will be displayed in your account and/or sent by email.
Insurance, signature & receiving your parcel
Shipments are generally sent with the protections offered by carriers (proof of delivery, insurance options, etc.). A signature may be required for certain shipments depending on value, carrier, or destination.
We strongly recommend checking the parcel condition upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, take photos before opening.
Damaged parcel, missing parts, or issues upon delivery
Any claim for visible damage, severely damaged packaging, or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing RMA@gbpperformance.ca
, with photos attached.
