Delivery and transport
Our delivery times for products marked ''In Stock'', depending on the type of delivery available in your territory, are as follows:
2 to 7 days* > Quebec and Ontario
3 to 8 days* > Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador
*Business days, in most cases, exceptions beyond our control may apply.
Each order is shipped in 1 single shipment. If one or more products need to be ordered, your order will be shipped when all products are in stock.
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Free standard delivery.
It may happen that carriers/distributors charge us extra for the delivery of your item. Example: Oversize box, weight, excess for mileage, place of delivery, etc. In such cases, you will be asked to pay the difference by e-mail before delivery.
Several statuses can be displayed on our products. Here's what they mean:
In stock: We have the part in stock in one of our warehouses.
In stock, built on request: This part is in stock with the manufacturer and must be assembled/fabricated exclusively for your vehicle.
Special Order: This part is not in stock and/or not available from the manufacturer and/or our various distributors. If you order an item marked special order, an e-mail will be sent to you proposing an alternative (if available). Provided that the manufacturer accepts the special order, it usually takes several weeks (between 3 and 8 weeks) before the product can be delivered. Special order fees may apply. (Several useful details can be found in your customer account, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.)
You will be notified automatically of your order status in your customer account.
All products shipped are insured against breakage at no additional cost to you. Please note that a signature may be required to receive your package.
The risk of loss and title to the goods or services purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
GBP Performance is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We undertake to deliver your purchases within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the various suppliers and carriers used by the sender, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
GBP Performance offers you a return, exchange and refund policy 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and not have been installed / used. We do not cover the return fees if shipped back. You can return your purchase in person at our store during our normal business hours.
Sending a new item (in the case of an exchange) is subject to delivery charges to the customer. In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of a returned property is transferred to him only when it’s been received by him in his physical place of business.
A restocking fee applies for all returned products. A fee of 10% to 50% applies for any products that can be returned, exchanged or refunded. All returned products must be in their original packaging and have not been installed / used. Some products can’t be returned due to the specific nature of the product. Here are some examples of products that can NOT be returned. Turbo and turbo set, electronic, injections, engine and body components, rims, etc. (Please contact us for details) All liquid products and all special-order products are NON-returnable, exchangeable or refundable. In the event of a return of an item purchased with the 'free delivery' option, you will be charged the initial shipping costs incurred by GBP Performance in addition to the return costs mentioned above.
In the case of a delivery error on our part, no fee will be charged for the exchange of the product.
In the case of a damaged product, no worries, all our shipments are insured. In case of a defective product and / or damaged, simply contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can show the procedures. It’s very important not to use or install the defective/ damaged part.
GBP Performance is not responsible for any installation fees and / or damages that may be caused by the installation / use of a product.

Order errors

Limitation of responsability
GBP PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE, DELIVERY, USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FROM THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOODS THEREIN, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, THE USE OF DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES AND THIS, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GBP PERFORMANCE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MECHANICAL BREAKS, COSTS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT INJURY CAUSED DURING OR AFTER A TUNING SESSION.
