CURT custom 5th wheel brackets (part no. 16422) are engineered for select Dodge Ram 1500 models (except crew cab). They work with CURT base rails #16104 or #16204 to create a solid mounting point for the 5th wheel hitch. Rust-resistant liquid A-coat finish. Made in USA. Drilling required. Base rails sold separately. (See Application Section)
