Description

The CURT A16 hitch head (part no. 16520) delivers a surprisingly quiet ride thanks to its cast yoke with poly-torsion inserts that suppress shock loads and absorb vibrations. The fully articulating torsion head and high-strength interlocking jaws fully wrap the kingpin to minimize noise. The lockable handle self-resets to ready-to-couple position after uncoupling. Three-position coupling indicator is visible from the cab, one-pin head removal, 3 height adjustment positions, polyethylene lube plate. 16,000 lb GTW / 4,000 lb VL. SAE J2638 tested. Requires CURT R16 roller or legs (sold separately).
