The CURT A20 hitch head (part no. 16540) is a replacement head unit featuring the patented A-Series technology: cast yoke with poly-torsion inserts to suppress shock loads and reduce noise, fully articulating torsion head and high-strength interlocking jaws. Lockable handle self-resets after uncoupling. 3-position coupling indicator, extra-wide head opening, one-pin head removal, 3 height adjustment positions, polyethylene lube plate. 20,000 lb GTW / 5,000 lb VL. SAE J2638 tested. NOTE: Requires 5th wheel legs or roller (not included).
