BBK Performance – Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)

Description

The BBK Performance Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) is a direct replacement for the factory TPS or BBK throttle body PN 1700, 1701, and 1703 on the Mustang 4.6L. The vehicle ECU uses this sensor to monitor throttle position and adjust fuel delivery and ignition timing. When the TPS fails, the driver may experience a lack of power, engine stalls, misfires, or idle surge. Installation uses OEM factory connectors for a direct plug-in with no additional wiring. Meets or exceeds OEM specifications.
