Description

The BMC Replacement Air Filter (ref. FB730/20) is designed to replace the OEM paper filter in the air-box of BMW Series 1 (E81, E82, E87, E88) and Series 3 (E90, E91, E92, E93) vehicles. Manufactured in Italy using a "Full Moulding" system with no welded joints, it features a multi-layer cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil and covered with an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. The oil imparts an adhesive characteristic that captures impurities down to 7 microns without restricting airflow. Washable and reusable with the BMC regeneration kit, it offers a lifespan equal to that of the vehicle, reducing maintenance costs and environmental waste. Achieves 98.5% filtration efficiency per ISO 5011 standard.
