The Volant Cold Air Intake Kit (P/N 12540) is designed for the Nissan Frontier and Nissan Xterra equipped with the V6 4.0L engine. This kit includes a closed filter box, air duct, MaxFlow 5 Pro5 filter, silicone connectors and stainless steel clamps. The MaxFlow 5 five-layer oiled cotton gauze filter is made from high-quality textiles, pleated between top and bottom aluminum screens. Each filter comes pre-oiled and ready for use, delivering maximum airflow with maintenance intervals up to 40,000 miles. This system optimizes airflow to increase overall performance while protecting the engine, whether on-road or off-road.
