Description

The Volant 12635 Cold Air Intake Kit is designed for the Nissan 350Z equipped with the V6 3.5L engine. This system replaces the factory intake with a high-performance assembly that includes a closed filter box, an optimized air duct and the MaxFlow 5 five-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter. The filter is pleated between top and bottom aluminum screens and comes pre-oiled and ready for use. It is specifically engineered to allow the highest airflow rate possible for maximum power gains while delivering a very long filter life and extended maintenance intervals. The system is designed to decrease intake air temperatures and increase the volume of cold air entering the engine, improving throttle response and overall vehicle performance. Bolt-on installation with no permanent modification required.
