Description

The Volant 18747 Cold Air Intake Kit is designed for the Toyota 4Runner equipped with the V8 4.7L engine. This high-performance system replaces the factory intake with an assembly that includes a closed filter box, an optimized air duct and the MaxFlow 5 five-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter. The filter is pleated between top and bottom aluminum screens and comes pre-oiled, ready for installation. The replacement filter is model 5123. The system delivers maximum airflow for optimal power gains while offering a long filter life and extended maintenance intervals. It decreases intake air temperatures and increases the volume of cold air entering the engine. Bolt-on installation with no permanent modification required.
