Description

The Banks Power Ram-Air® Intake System (P/N 42132) is designed for Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LB7 Diesel engine. Ram-Air houses a giant filter in an enclosed cold-air box, which inhales cool, dense outside air – up to 57% more than stock – for more power and mileage, lower EGTs, and less smoke. Every Banks Ram-Air system starts as a CAD prototype run through flow simulations, then validated on a flowbench and on-vehicle. It is the only aftermarket intake with bellows to accommodate engine movement and prevent component damage for longer service life. Designed to not cause fault or error codes.
