Description

The Magnum FORCE Stage-2Si intake system (P/N 51-82952-C) from aFe POWER is engineered for the BMW M3 equipped with the V8-4.0L S65 engine (body codes E90, E92, E93). This unique one-piece sealed intake system features a custom CAD-designed roto-molded housing made from black cross-linked polyethylene, eliminating the use of multiple components and ensuring the coolest air intake charge available. A carbon fiber finish trim cover constructed with lightweight vacuum-formed ABS plastic enhances underhood appearance. The CAD-designed, dyno-tuned, roto-molded plastic intake tube includes a built-in resonance chamber to capture unwanted air intake noises. The large 6-inch inverted top oil-free conical filter with 3-layer progressively finer porosity synthetic media delivers 798 CFM at 7 in. H₂O, outflowing the factory intake by up to 50%. Fewer parts for quick and simple installation. Bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling required.
