Description

The QUANTUM intake system (P/N 53-10021R) from aFe POWER is engineered for the Ford Ranger equipped with the L4-2.3L EcoBoost turbocharged engine. This sturdy, industrial-style system is designed for demanding truck owners. It fits and performs better than OE equipment with super easy installation. The Pro 5R 5-layer pre-oiled cotton gauze filter provides maximum flow and high performance on the street and track. The 5-rib industrial-style roto-molded housing ensures long-lasting durability. The high-impact CAD-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE intake tube resists heat soak and delivers optimum airflow. The filter base includes a built-in 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow. A silicone bellows coupling and stainless steel clamps provide a secure installation. This system uses factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications.
