Description

The aFe POWER 54-82952-C Magnum FORCE Stage-2Si Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake system is designed for the BMW M3 (E92) equipped with the V8-4.0L S65 engine. This system outflows the factory intake by 98% and delivers 1056 CFM at 7 in. H₂O for maximum power. The custom CAD-designed one-piece roto-molded housing made of black cross-linked polyethylene features a carbon fiber finish trim cover constructed of lightweight vacuum-formed ABS plastic for an impressive underhood appearance. A built-in sight window allows filter inspection without removing the airbox. The CAD-designed dyno-tuned roto-molded plastic intake tube features a built-in resonance chamber to eliminate unwanted air intake noises. The large inverted top conical filter with 360-degree radial flow and 5 layers of progressively finer mesh cotton media is pre-oiled for maximum airflow and performance. Bolt-on installation with no cutting or drilling of factory parts.
