Description

The K&N 69-1009TWR Typhoon air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube. Designed for compatible Acura RSX Type-S and Honda Civic models, it dramatically reduces airflow restriction and delivers more dense air to the engine. Result: guaranteed 10.48 HP gain, improved throttle response, and enhanced engine sound. The wrinkle red powder-coat tube fits into the previous air box space and accommodates the factory air temperature sensor, crank case vent hose, and idle air bypass vent hose. Oversized cone-shaped filter is washable and reusable. Easy to install, typically in 90 minutes or less. CARB status: verify for your application.
