K&N – Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N 69-6000TP Typhoon air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube. Designed for compatible Mazda MX-5 Miata models, it reduces airflow restriction and delivers more dense air to the engine for a guaranteed power gain. The polished-finish tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor, air temperature sensor, and crank case vent hose. The oversized X-Stream cone-shaped filter is washable and reusable, lasting up to 100,000 miles between services. Uses existing factory mounting points. Installation typically in 90 minutes or less.
