Description

The K&N 69-6540TB Typhoon air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube. Designed for compatible Mitsubishi Lancer models, it dramatically reduces airflow restriction and delivers more dense air to the engine for a guaranteed power gain. The blue powder-coat tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor and a replacement silicone crank case vent hose. Installs into the previous air box space using existing factory mounting points. Oversized cone-shaped filter is washable and reusable. Installation typically in 90 minutes or less. Street legal. CARB status: verify for your application.
