K&N – Performance Air Intake System
Description
The K&N 69-9501TB Typhoon cold air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent aluminum tube. Designed for compatible Volkswagen Golf and Jetta models (1.8T and 2.0L), it pulls in cooler air and dramatically reduces airflow restriction for a guaranteed 10.03 HP gain. Compatible with factory mass air sensor and air pump vent hose. The oversized cone-shaped filter comes with a DryCharger water-repellent wrap. Washable and reusable filter. Installation typically in 90 minutes or less. CARB status varies: verify for your application.
