K&N – Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N 77-3021KP cold air intake system is designed for the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 equipped with the V8 4.8L or 5.3L engine. It replaces the factory air filter and intake housing with a free-flowing, mandrel-bent polished aluminum tube paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow oiled cotton air filter. The oversized conical filter design allows up to 100,000 miles between services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield protects intake air from engine bay temperatures. Bolt-on installation typically completed in less than 90 minutes. Estimated gain of 8.23 HP at 5,067 RPM guaranteed.
