Description

The AIRAID Air Box System (P/N 201-112-1) is engineered to give your engine larger amounts of cooler air to produce more horsepower and torque on Cadillac Escalade / Escalade ESV / Escalade EXT, Chevrolet Avalanche / Silverado 1500 / Silverado 2500 HD / Suburban / Tahoe and GMC Sierra 1500 / Sierra 2500 HD / Yukon / Yukon XL (2000-2007). Compatible with V6 4.3L, V8 4.8L, V8 5.3L, V8 5.7L, V8 6.0L, V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel and V8 8.1L engines. The system retains the original air filter location but adds an open-element air inlet protected by Cold Air Dam panels that isolate the filter from hot engine bay air. The AIRAID non-woven synthetic air filter is washable, reusable and requires no oil. Connects to the factory air intake tube. Requires low-profile hood. CARB EO D-609-18 certified. Easy installation with common hand tools.
