Description

The Injen SP3028P is a Polished short ram intake system engineered for Volkswagen Golf and Jetta models equipped with the L5 2.5L engine and manual transmission only. Constructed from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing, this system delivers dyno-proven gains of +11 hp and +10 lb-ft of torque. A custom heat shield with cover is included to protect the intake from engine heat. The fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter (ref. X-1014-BB) provides superior filtration. Optional hydroshields (1033BLK or 1033RED) are available. Bolt-on installation with no additional tuning required. The polished finish adds premium underhood aesthetics.
