Technical Notes:

There's a reason why our Cobra cold air intake systems are such a constant and beloved talking point. Our CNC machined aluminum MAF case was designed to deliver* factory spec fuel trims (-4% from factory STFT and LTFT) for optimum handling and performance. The Cobra CAI uses a 4" volume of the air filter in the MAF housing and is available with two different MAF housing choices; a street housing and a racing housing. Both housings use the factory MAF sensor, but feature two different diameters and profiles.As mentioned above, the Street housing is designed to deliver factory spec fuel trims WITHOUT any adjustments.The Race allows for 50% more air volume compared to the housing Street, which is why tuning (TUNE) IS required.This larger volume of airflow reduces power loss and creates an unrestricted air path to supply the MAF box with room temperature air .

Performance Gains:

• 20 horsepower and 15 ft/lb torque gains in comparison to stock with Race MAF housing WITH Race MAF basemap calibration on Hondata and/or KTuner. Shop your ecu programmer here 
• Larger gains to be seen at higher power levels with custom tuning
