Description

The aFe Power Rapid Induction Cold Air Intake System with Pro 5R media is engineered for the Jeep Gladiator (JT) and Wrangler (JL) equipped with the V6-3.6L engine. The pre-oiled Pro 5R filter features five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze for maximum performance on street and track. The sturdy 18-gauge steel wrinkle-black powder-coated heat shield snaps onto the lower half of the factory airbox. The retention groove on the filter base locks the filter in place without any additional hardware. Integrated slotted mounting tabs on the intake tube secure it to the radiator shroud while allowing for engine movement during off-roading. The computer-designed, dyno-tuned XLPE heat-soak resistant intake tube maximizes power gains with a perfect fit. Stainless-steel worm clamps and silicone couplings ensure strength and durability. Bolt-on installation with no modifications required.
