Description

The CTS Turbo air intake kit (part number CTS-IT-800) is designed specifically for BMW F2X/F3X/F87 vehicles equipped with the N55 engine. Its key feature is an exclusive proprietary hexagonal aluminum MAF housing that mirrors the factory shape, eliminating the common issues of circular MAF housings (incorrect MAF readings, erratic idling, downshifting, and poor fuel economy). The OEM air scoop works with the CTS airbox to force cold air into the system. The 3.5-inch reusable inverted cone filter and 3.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent aluminum piping with black powder coating ensure maximum airflow. Four-ply silicone connectors with stainless steel clamps ensure an airtight seal. Peak power gains range from 10 to 15HP. Compatible with RWD and xDrive, manual and automatic transmissions. Does not fit the F34 335i GT.
