Description

The aFe POWER Takeda Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System (56-10005R) is designed for the Hyundai Elantra Sport/N Line, Elantra GT, Veloster Turbo and Kia Forte GT equipped with the L4 1.6L Turbo engine. Its innovative design takes advantage of the factory air inlet and features an open-element XLPE polymer housing, delivering a significant increase in airflow and the highly sought-after turbo spool sound. Dyno-proven gains reach +14 hp and +13 lbs. x ft. of torque, outflowing the factory intake by 60% (445 CFM). The pre-oiled Pro 5R 5-layer cotton filter (7-1/2 in tall, 360-degree) delivers maximum performance and is washable and reusable. The built-in ram air scoop captures cool air from the front grille. The heat-soak resistant XLPE intake tube is CAD-designed and dyno-tuned. Bolt-on installation in approximately 20 minutes with no cutting or drilling required.
