Description

The aFe POWER Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System (51-10242) is designed for the Jeep Commander and Grand Cherokee equipped with the V8 5.7L engine. Magnum FORCE Stage-2 intakes are engineered for unrivaled performance, producing +19 hp and +25 lbs. x ft. of torque, outflowing the factory intake by 73%. The system is enclosed in a one-piece 18-gauge black powder-coated heat shield. The 4-1/2 in conical Pro DRY S filter is a 3-layer progressive oil-free synthetic filter for maximum flow. The heat-insulating molded plastic intake tube replaces the stock tract and directs increased airflow with improved volumetric efficiency. A clear-coated aluminum cover adds a sense of style to the engine compartment. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles.
