Description

The K&N Typhoon air intake system 69-4516TS is specifically designed for the Chevrolet Cobalt SS equipped with the L4 2.0L Supercharged engine. This mandrel-bent aluminum tube system replaces the factory intake duct with a high-performance assembly that maximizes airflow to the engine. The oversized K&N conical air filter increases surface area and dust capacity, allowing superior airflow at lower restriction. Dyno-proven, this Typhoon kit delivers an estimated gain of 8.12 HP at 5829 RPM, improving horsepower and torque for a more responsive driving experience. The air filter is washable and reusable, eliminating the need for frequent replacements. Installation is straightforward and does not require permanent modifications to the vehicle.
