K&N – Typhoon Air Intake System

Description

The K&N Typhoon 69-8003TFK air intake system is designed for the Subaru Legacy equipped with the H4 2.5L Turbo engine, including the GT Limited and GT spec.B variants. This cold air intake system features a mandrel-bent aluminum tube that replaces the restrictive factory intake with a high-performance assembly that increases airflow to the engine. The oversized K&N high-flow conical air filter provides increased filtration surface area and improved dust capacity. Dyno-tested, this kit delivers an estimated gain of 14.9 HP at 4700 RPM. The filter is washable and reusable, eliminating the need for replacement filters. This system is CARB exempt (EO D-269-38), compliant for use in California. Black finish.
