Description

The K&N 57-3079 is a FIPK (Full Intake Performance Kit) system specifically engineered for the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 equipped with the V8 6.2L Supercharged engine. Unlike standard FIPK systems, this model features a carbon fiber tube from the 57 Series, offering both lightweight construction and rigidity. It replaces the OEM air filter and complete airbox, virtually eliminating air restriction to the engine and resulting in a measurable horsepower gain. The included air filter is washable and reusable, ensuring long service life. A heat shield is included to protect the intake from engine heat. This product is CARB exempt (CARB EO: D-269-49). Bolt-on installation typically achievable in 90 minutes or less.
