K&N – Series 77 Metal Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N 77-1570KS is a Series 77 cold air intake system engineered for the Jeep Cherokee equipped with the L4 2.4L engine. This system uses a mandrel-bent silver aluminum tube, aerodynamically designed to maximize airflow to the engine. It comes with an oversized high-flow conical air filter, washable and reusable, with increased surface area and a service life of up to 100,000 miles between cleanings. A heat shield isolates the intake from engine heat. Powder coated steel brackets are included. Compatible with OEM computer systems. CARB Exempt: Yes (CARB EO: D-269-100) for all fitments, with specific exclusions by year (see Application Section). Bolt-on installation.
