K&N – Series 77 Metal Performance Air Intake System

Description

The K&N 77-3087KP is a Series 77 cold air intake system engineered for the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD equipped with the V8 6.6L Turbo Diesel engine. This system uses a mandrel-bent polished aluminum tube, aerodynamically designed to maximize airflow to the diesel engine. It comes with an oversized high-flow conical air filter, washable and reusable, with a service life of up to 100,000 miles between cleanings. A heat shield isolates the intake from engine heat. Powder coated steel brackets are included. Compatible with OEM computer systems. 2015 fitments are CARB exempt (CARB EO: D-269-61); 2016 fitments are not (see Application Section). Bolt-on installation.
