CTS Turbo – 3" Air Intake System

Description

The CTS Turbo CTS-IT-220R-B is a high-performance 3" air intake system designed specifically for vehicles equipped with the EA888.3 B-Cycle 1.8T/2.0T TSI engine in non-MQB configuration. Manufactured by CTS Turbo, this bolt-on intake kit features CNC mandrel-bent aluminum piping with black powder coating, a reusable inverted cone air filter for maximum engine breathing, 4-ply silicone connectors with stainless steel clamps, and a sealed air box with rubberized trim. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with the sealed air box to smoothly force cold air into the intake system, delivering peak power gains of 9–15 WHP throughout the entire power band. This system will not cause any CEL codes or fuel trim issues. Compatible with VW Jetta, Tiguan, New Beetle, and Passat (See Application Section). Part number: CTS-IT-220R-B.
