Description

The CTS Turbo high-flow air intake system (part# CTS-IT-140) is designed for the North American Volkswagen Jetta MK7 equipped with the 1.4T TSI engine. The largest intake available for this application, it is excellent for tuned vehicles requiring extra airflow. The OEM air scoop works in conjunction with the CTS airbox to seamlessly force cold air into the intake system. Air then flows through the 3″ inverted cone reusable filter for maximum engine breathing. Delivers peak power gains of 6–7 HP on an otherwise stock vehicle. The heatshield/airbox and SAI filter are included for a stealth installation. Simple bolt-on installation takes only 10 minutes with basic hand tools. Tip: disable the Soundaktor (noise amplifier) to fully enjoy the true sound of your engine and remove excessive drone. See Application Section for detailed fitment.
