Description

The CTS Turbo air intake kit (part# CTS-IT-166) is designed for the Mini F56 Cooper, Cooper S and JCW equipped with B38, B46 and B48 engines. The OEM airbox works in conjunction with the CTS heatshield for seamless fitment and performance. The 5″ high-flow cone air filter with 3″ inlet maximizes airflow for better throttle response and improved power. Gains of 9–15 HP are achievable, with further gains from Stage 1 or Stage 2 tuning. Mandrel-bent MAF housings ensure optimized airflow. The slotted heat shield provides great turbo sounds in Sport mode. You will notice a great improvement in bottom-end torque and mid-range power.
