The Firestone Ride-Rite® Air Helper Spring Kit (ref. 2404) is a rear system designed for compatible light trucks, SUVs, and vans. This kit requires drilling during installation and mounts between the vehicle's frame and suspension. The air helper springs allow air pressure adjustment based on the load carried, improving stability, ride quality, and load-carrying capacity. Individual valves enable independent left/right adjustment to keep the vehicle level under off-center loads. The complete kit includes brackets, air helper springs, hardware, air line, and inflation valves. Installation typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
