Description

APR Braided Stainless Steel Brake Lines (part no. BRK00050) are a direct bolt-on installation upgrade for the front brake circuit (set of 2 lines). They replace factory rubber hoses that expand and can rupture over time with braided 304 stainless steel lines featuring a smooth-bore PTFE/Teflon core for minimal expansion. The result is a firmer brake pedal with less required travel and improved brake response. Unlike universal lines, these are application-specific with correct lengths and hose fittings, eliminating potential leak points.

Each line is tested to 3,000 psi before sale, independently certified as SAE “low-expansion” lines, compatible with DOT 3, 4, 5 (silicone-based), and 5.1 brake fluids, and meets FMVSS106 and SAE J1401 standards. Smoked clear PVC outer jacket with red anodized inserts and Cr3+ steel connectors. Made in the USA.
