GiroDisc – Front 2-Piece Floating High Performance Rotors

Description

The GiroDisc 2-piece floating rotors (ref. A1-185) are a direct replacement for the OEM disc on the Subaru STI. The central hat is made from strictly U.S.-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft-specification aluminum, while the disc is cast from GiroDisc’s proprietary cast iron, poured and machined in-house in the USA. The rotor features 48 curved directional vanes developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump for active cooling. The floating mount system uses high-strength alloy steel drive pins with cadmium plating and anti-noise spring washers to prevent cold rattle. Compatible with OE calipers, it maintains factory brake bias and ABS efficiency. Sold as a pair (2 discs).
