Description

The Q Series Carburetor Q-850-A from Quick Fuel Technology is a 4-barrel 850 cfm mechanical secondary carburetor purpose-built for drag racing on alcohol (methanol) fuel. The blue billet aluminum immediately identifies it as a methanol-calibrated model. It uses primary and secondary jets of 154, an idle air bleed of 55, and a pump nozzle of 33 — all optimized for methanol. Notched floats, secondary jet extensions, and PTFE-coated sealed throttle shafts ensure reliable performance during the hardest launches.
