Description

The CTS Turbo Turbo-Back Exhaust System (part# CTS-EXH-TB-0006-1) is a complete 3" downpipe and cat-back exhaust system engineered for the Volkswagen Jetta GLI MK6 Gen 1. Hand TIG welded using the finest T304 stainless steel, this system surpasses other MK6 Jetta exhausts available in 2.5"/2.75" configurations that choke peak power and restrict breathing. Each CTS downpipe is 100% TIG welded from seamless T304 stainless steel and replaces the factory downpipe, improving turbo spool-up and peak power. The 3" diameter reduces turbulence at the turbo and wastegate exit, delivering more power and torque throughout the entire power band. CNC waterjet-cut flanges provide precise, leak-free connections, while CNC mandrel-bent stainless piping optimizes exhaust gas flow. Adjustable 3" exhaust tips and polished stainless tubing deliver a premium look. The sound is aggressive during spirited driving but subtle and refined when cruising.
