The HKS Legal Muffler (E9) 31013-BG001 is a 304 stainless steel cat-back exhaust system designed for the BMW 335i (E9). It features a dual rear exit configuration with a main tubing diameter of 2.56 inches and 2 titanium tips with a 3.82-inch outlet diameter. The finish is coated. The sound is aggressive and loud. Despite the Legal Muffler name, this is a Race Only product intended exclusively for competition use on officially sanctioned closed or open-course tracks and must not be used on public roads. Developed with a racer in mind, it delivers years of reliable performance. HKS pioneered the Japanese aftermarket performance industry by introducing the first commercially available electronic turbo timers and piggy-back fuel management computers, establishing the benchmark for aftermarket performance.
