South Bend Clutch – Stage 4 Clutch Kit w/ Flywheel

Description

The South Bend Clutch Stage 4 kit (part # SDD3250-5) is a custom-built clutch system for vehicles with power modifications exceeding Stage 3 parameters. The Race Engineered pressure plate is modified for maximum clamp load. Puck-style discs are available in both sintered iron and graphite-impregnated ceramic friction materials. Engagement characteristics can be abrupt — hydraulic systems may require upgrading for proper clutch separation. SFI-approved single-mass steel flywheels manufactured by SBC use low-carbon hot-rolled steel, highly resistant to warping and precisely matched to the friction materials. Single-mount CNC machining ensures tight tolerances and perfect balance exceeding OE specifications. Fitment: Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Turbo Diesel, manual transmission (See Application Section).
