Description

The South Bend Clutch Stage 4 kit (part # SFDD3250-6) is a custom-built clutch system for vehicles with power modifications exceeding Stage 3 parameters. The Race Engineered pressure plate is optimized for maximum clamp load. Puck-style discs are available in sintered iron and graphite-impregnated ceramic materials. Engagement can be abrupt — hydraulic systems may require upgrading for proper clutch separation. The SBC flywheel uses low-carbon hot-rolled steel with CNC precision machining exceeding OE specs. Fitment: Ford F-250 / F-350 Super Duty V8 7.3L Turbo Diesel, 6-speed transmission (See Application Section).
