Description

The EXEDY VWK1001 clutch kit is a complete replacement assembly built to original equipment specifications. It brings together the pressure plate, disc and required hardware so the clutch job can be done in one order instead of matching components from different sources. EXEDY is a globally recognized original equipment supplier of clutches and flywheels, and the VWK1001 reproduces the friction materials, spring loads and balance tolerances of the factory part to deliver predictable pedal feel and progressive engagement on a turbocharged engine that makes torque early. The disc measures 228mm (9in) with a 23-tooth spline for a 15/16in hub. Bolt-on installation uses the factory hardware with no modification required. Fits the Audi A4 and A4 Quattro as well as the Volkswagen Passat L4 1.8T.
