The Clutch Masters FX400 kit (p/n 17180-HDC6-SK) is a complete clutch and steel flywheel upgrade package for Volkswagen CC and Passat with 6-speed manual transmissions. It features a Hi-Leverage™ pressure plate with a sprung 6-puck ceramic disc, designed for extreme duty street and competition use (road / drag racing). The 6-puck configuration provides quick engagement and rapid heat dissipation. The included steel flywheel provides a solid foundation for this high performance system. Kit includes disc, pressure plate, steel flywheel, throwout bearing, pilot bearing (when applicable), and alignment tool. Note: ceramic discs are designed to increase holding capacity, not clutch life expectancy.
