ACT – XT/Race Rigid 6 Pad Clutch Kit

Description

The AR1-XTR6 kit from ACT features an Xtreme pressure plate designed for the most demanding driver, paired with a 6-pad rigid race disc. ACT Xtreme pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. The 6-pad rigid disc is made with high quality ceramic friction materials; the chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength and durability. The lightweight rigid design allows for quicker shifts. Recommended for larger clutch sizes for race use only. Part number: AR1-XTR6. Fits Acura RSX, TSX and Honda Civic Si / SiR / MUGEN Si L4 2.0L/2.4L (see Application section).

Feel: moderate to heavy pedal effort, aggressive engagement, increased gear rattle. Rigid design may increase spline wear. 100% clamp load tested and dynamically computer balanced for smooth high RPM reliability.
