Description

The EXEDY Hyper Series Accessory Kit MZAK102 bundles the service parts that must be replaced whenever an EXEDY Racing Hyper Series clutch is installed. It includes the release bearing, the pilot bearing and the alignment tool — three items that should never be reused once the transmission is out. The new release bearing keeps clutch actuation quiet and consistent, the new pilot bearing centres and stabilizes the input shaft, and the alignment tool lets you centre the discs precisely before torquing the cover. This kit is used with the ZH01SD1, ZM022SBMC1, ZM022SD, ZM022SDMC1, ZM023SBMC and ZM023SR assemblies on the Mazda RX-7 R2 1.3L Turbo. Fitting it at the same time as the clutch avoids pulling the transmission a second time.
