The SCALE suspension Alpine Series is the high-end product line specially designed for exotic sand sport cars. Combining the best materials on the market and designed to retain handling, performance and comfort. This series is the best choice to repair, upgrade or personalize your car without affecting is value.

SUSPENSION DETAILS

Every useful upgrade are included on our Alpine series (stainless steel hardware, pillow ball mount and swift springs) to ensure a long lasting efficiency aswell as optimal performance and comfort. Most application are offered in OE replacement or performance version.

The patented scaled system design allows easier and more precise adjustment and ensures equal height on each corner. Each shock is equipped with 24 levels of dampening adjustment to fine-tune the valving efficiency.

All coilover shocks are handcrafted and assembled to your specs at SCALE facilities.

This application use a front macpherson suspension configuration. Camber adjustable plates are included to set the wheel alignement to factory specs after lowering your car.

This application uses a rear Macpherson configuration, so the shock directly impacts the wheel alignment and allows the use of a camber plate top mount. All the suspensions have camber adjustment on the lower mounting portion, but if you need additional camber adjustment, add the rear camber plate upgrade.

The monotube design configuration, added to the completely threaded body result in a fully adjustable long lasting suspension. As the ride height is set by the overall shock length, the spring preload, comfort level and suspension travel remains the same at any ride height setting compared to other suspension where the ride height is set by the spring seat, resulting in reducing the allowed travel as you lower the ride height.

SUSPENSION HEIGHT

Regular Version
This version is the most used by customer looking to lower their car. It allow a ride height adjustment from stock to approximately -2.5 inch. Comfort level is still really acceptable for daily use but certainly have to feel sportier to prevent any rubbing issue when lowered. The stiffer spring rate and valving give significantly improved handling performance over stock.

SUSPENSION OPTIONS

Stainless Hardware Upgrade
This upgrade is included and replace all the normally used steel hardware (nuts, bolt and studs) for stainless steel parts to prevent rust or potential seizure when the suspension will stay on the car during winter. It also prevent tarnished hardware on show cars or suspension installed in moist or corrosive environment.

Camber Plates
Front camber plate is included. It allow to easily adjust front camber back to manufacturer specification after lowering your car or add more camber if your wheel specs cause minor rubbing issues. Adjustment range vary depending of the design used for each application.
Rear camber plates are also available as an option for your model.

Gravitational Bearing
The camber plate pillow ball is used by most coilover brand but is more designed for axial movement than rotation so the gravitational bearing option take care of the rotation when turning the wheels to avoid any spring noise even if the camber plates become harder to move after years of use. It is really recommended for customer planning to keep their coilover installed during winter.

EDC Delete Kit
The Electronic Dampening Cancellation Kit option avoids any error message on the dashboard when changing the original suspension.

Swift Springs*
Made in Japan with the best alloy and manufacturing process to ensure precision, consistency and durability (superior rust resistance), these springs are mainly use on racing applications for all their features but are also now used on many street setup due to their large range of spring length and rates. This option can be considered for occasional track use, when the fitment or version require specific rates/length only offered by swift or simply if you want to add a plus value to your suspension and ensure your suspension will look and feel like new for years. ***Please contact us if you would like to add this option to your suspension.***

Custom Spring Rate*
Custom spring rate are always possible and free of charge on any application that use linear springs to fit different needs. Spring rates and length vary depending on the application, version and SCALE spring inventory/productions.
