ICON Vehicle Dynamics – Tubular Upper Control Arm / Delta Joint PRO Kit

Description

The ICON Tubular Upper Control Arms (ref. 48400DJ) free up the Ford Bronco's front suspension movement to allow maximum travel for performance shocks and coilovers. Additional caster is built in to correct geometry for better front-end alignment on lifted Broncos. The all-new Delta Joint PRO provides up to 90° of free articulation without bind, is 100% serviceable and rebuildable, featuring a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 with 56% more bearing surface than the standard Delta Joint. Heavy-duty dual-stage pivot bushings are greaseable and rebuildable, fitted into CNC machined housings. Constructed of heavy-wall 1026 DOM tubing, CNC formed and fixture welded with a multi-stage black powder coat finish. Compatible with the Ford Bronco (see Application Section).
