Description

The Mishimoto TIG-welded aluminum expansion tank (MMRT-RS-16EBK) replaces the stock plastic Ford Focus RS/ST reservoir, prone to failure after years of thermal cycling. The internal baffle keeps coolant near the overflow port during aggressive driving and reduces sloshing. The sight tube allows for proper hot and cold coolant level checks. Reuses the stock expansion tank cap and includes an overflow nipple for NHRA compliance. Black powder-coat finish. Bolt-on installation in under one hour. Compatible with Ford Focus RS/ST, Escape, and Transit Connect (see Application section). Backed by Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty.
